CREOKS provides a team of professional, certified and licensed individuals that includes
 Psychiatrists, Licensed Therapists, Certified Case Mangers, Certified Substance Abuse Counselors & Certified Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Specialists, CREOKS takes great pride in the ability to offer a wide range of mental health services to provide an “ all-in-one” clinic serving the person that may need brief psychotherapy as well as the person that struggles with severe mental illness and benefits from individual & family therapy, day treatment, medication management ; case management as well as 24 hours crisis intervention services.

A substantial pat of the funding for CREOKS comes from a contract with the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services. This Funding is for the provision of services to those individuals who are uninsured and are not able to pay for certain needed services.

CREOKS accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and many other third party health insurance plans. There is no no out-of-pocket expense to those who meet financial need criteria.

In addition to the CREOKS Clinic Locations, services are also provided in the following cities: Muskogee, Tahlequah, Gore, Claremore, Owasso, Skiatook, Cushing, Mannford, Coweta, Sperry, Bristow, Sand Springs, Broken Arrow, Choteau, Pryor, Catoosa, Bixby, Jenks, Mounds, Collinsville, Inola, Wagoner, Prue, Cleveland, Pawhuska, Barnsdall, Hominy, Shawnee, McAlester, Bartlesville.
