The Okemah Psyschosocial Rehabilitative Services (PSR) program received $50 for their 3rd place finish in the Okemah Christmas window decorating contest!!

Christmas Parade

The Wagoner Clinic receives second place in the Toy Land Visits Wagoner Parade on December 1st, 2011 for their float themed “Be a Gift to Your Child.”

CARF Accreditation

CREOKS was awarded a three-year accreditation from CARF for their established pattern of practice excellence.  CARF states, “the achievement is an indication of the organization’s dedication and commitment to improving the quality of lives of the persons served.”  The Systems of Care program was awarded an exemplary status.  Congratulations, CREOKS.

Cherokee County Receives Awards

The CREOKS Cherokee County clinic in Tahlequah receives awards from ODMHSAS for Mental Health Court Program:
Outstanding Reduction in Participant Inpatient Hospitalization Days, Outstanding Improvement in Participant Employment, Outstanding Reduction in Participant Jail Days

CREOKS Introduces Volunteer Program

CREOKS implemented the Friends of CREOKS Volunteer Program earlier this year with services being provided by two volunteers in the Sapulpa clinic. Volunteers are assisting clinicians with support services and working with youth and adults in literacy programs.
