Financial Gifts
CREOKS Behavioral Health Services invites you to support the development of our programs through a financial gift. With your support, we can provide valuable, needed services to individuals and families throughout Tulsa, Creek, Okmulgee, and Okfuskee Counties.
Gifts to CREOKS can be made in several ways:
- A cash or Paypal gift is a simple and convenient way to make a charitable contribution.
- A gift of stock or securities provides the full fair market value of the appreciated securities as a deduction, and you do not have to pay federal capital gains tax on the appreciated portion of the gift.
- A gift of real estate can provide the same tax advantage.
- A planned gift to CREOKS may provide donors with philanthropic rewards, while ensuring our services will be available to families for many years to come.
Examples of planned gifts are bequests, life insurance, and life income gifts such as charitable remainder trusts.

In-Kind Gifts and Services
CREOKS welcomes in-kind gifts and services, such as printing, office equipment, furniture and supplies. The following is an up-to-date list of agency and client needs:
Agency Needs:
- Computers
- Office Chairs
- Waiting Room supplies - children's videos, toys, magazine subscriptions, and books
- Office supplies - computer cd’s, legal pads, batteries, pens, etc
- Printing of Newsletters and other communications
- Copy paper and card stock
- Toys suitable for play therapy
