CREOKS operates 33 clinics across Eastern Oklahoma, providing accessible behavioral health services and support to individuals and families throughout the communities we serve.

Eleven of our Oklahoma locations are designated as Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs) and contracted with the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse to provide outpatient mental health services and support to individuals who may otherwise face barriers to receiving care.

Specialized Services Across Our Communities

Our Sapulpa location is designated as a Comprehensive Community Addiction Recovery Center and offers additional resources for individuals experiencing mental health and substance use challenges. Sapulpa is also home to two crisis stabilization centers serving children and adults.

• • Spring Creek Kids provides immediate support for children experiencing a mental health or substance use crisis.
  • Spring Creek Recovery Centers located in Sapulpa and Tahlequah, provide support for adults working toward mental health stability and recovery.

CREOKS also offers equine-assisted therapy at CREOKS River Trail Ranch in Haskell, Oklahoma. Through the therapeutic nature of working with horses, individuals can explore new ways to build connection, confidence, and emotional well-being.
