CREOKS has 25 clinics across Eastern Oklahoma and two in Arkansas. Eleven of our Oklahoma locations are Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHC) contracted with the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse services to provide outpatient mental health services and support to those who wouldn’t otherwise be able to receive assistance.

Our Sapulpa location is also designated as a Comprehensive Community Addiction Recovery Center. In addition to the clinic, Sapulpa offers two crisis stabilization centers one for children and one for adults.

• • Spring Creek Kids provides immediate support for children facing a mental health or substance use crisis.
  • Spring Creek Recovery Centers both in Sapulpa and Tahlequah focus on adults in need of mental health stability.

Both Tulsa and Sapulpa have pharmacies. Sapulpa is TruWellness RX Pharmacy, and Tulsa is TureHealth Pharmacy which includes a family medical practice, TruHealth Integrated Care.
